| Hello, and welcome! PhotoLovelies is a group made for Photographers. Here, you can showcase your work to fellow shutterbugs, receive help if you need it- or help out others, find inspiration for new photo projects, learn new techniques, and make friends who share the same interest as you! Whether you just love to take pictures as a hobby, or take photos professionally, come and join us! Here, it doesn't matter what kind of camera you have or if your new to photography. If you'd like to improve your skills, feel free to ask questions to myself and the co-founders. Once we reach 100 members, I'll bring on the contests! Gallery Folders Featured: Your absolute best. Members can submit and they will be voted upon. People: Human beings in general. Landscape + Waterscape: Landscape: All the visible features of an area of countryside or land, often considered in terms of their aesthetic appeal. Waterscape: A landscape in which an expanse of water is a dominant feature. Sky:The region of the atmosphere and outer space seen from the earth. Pets: A domestic or tamed animal or bird kept for companionship or pleasure and treated with care and affection. Wild Animals: Animals and Birds living in the natural environment; not domesticated. Insects: BUGS! Flowers, Plants, and Trees: ..self explanatory. Macro: Closeups and Extreme Closeups. Still Life: Representation of inanimate objects in a studio-like setting. Food and Drink: Eatables and Drinkables. Holidays: A day of festivity or recreation when no work is done. Recognizable Places: "Hey, I KNOW THAT PLACE!" examples: Disneyland, The Golden Gate Bridge, Las Vegas! Miscellaneous: If you can't determine which folder your photo belongs in, then it belongs in here! Rules! Currently we are open to as many submissions as you'd like. Photography only. Editing is fine, but don't take it to the extreme. This is a group for photographers, not photoshoppers! *For Photomanipulations- if it is more PHOTOGRAPHY than Manip, that's okay* HDR Photography will be accepted. Nude Photography will not be allowed. Have fun and make friends! If you have any questions, just ask.
